Thank you so much - Ben and Dave were absolutely fabulous yesterday and I couldn't speak of them more highly.
Ben was very easy to work with and did not complain once even though the client changed the content PowerPoint 45mins to the start time and was running incredibly late.
They were blown away by the steamline and the new level we brought the AV to this time (like I mentioned it was beyond a joke bad last time) - this level of AV works perfectly for them, their audience and the budget.

Loved working with Prime AV!! The professionalism and patience of Alastair was outstanding, often dealing with my random requests.

The AV team from PRIME Audovisual were BRILLIANT. There is no other word to describe them.
They were professional, helpful and just really nice to work with. Ben, in particular, just made the AV work well on the day. It is usually the one thing I worry about on the day, BUT the Prime team were so good that every time I checked in, they were set and ready to go.
They just worked with the speakers, and our CEO and any issues were fixed/resolved so quickly.
